liburi-fromhash-perl software package provides module to build a URI from a set of named parameters, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liburi-fromhash-perl
liburi-fromhash-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liburi-fromhash-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liburi-fromhash-perl *
You will get with liburi-fromhash-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
